Beef and Black Bean Tostadas
- Sauté the ground beef and garlic in a large skillet or sauté pan over medium heat until the beef is no longer pink, about 5 minutes. Sprinkle the chili powder and cumin over the mixture and sauté 1 minute longer.
- Add the broth and hot sauce and simmer 2 minutes. Stir in the beans and simmer 4 minutes. Spoon the mixture over the heated tostada shells and top with the tomato, green onions, avocado, cilantro and pepitas. Makes 4 servings.
